60x60 Panel Lights

595 mm is not a typo: a 600 mm grid has an internal clear size that needs 2–3 mm of fitting tolerance, so the industry builds 595. A true 600 mm fixture will not drop into a standard mineral-fibre grid and has to be surface or suspended mounted — the most common dimensional dispute in export inquiries.

The size is only proven at installation

This page covers 595 × 595 mm at 36–40 W, 3,600–4,400 lm. Measure three things before ordering: the clear internal size of the grid, the finished ceiling level, and whether a beam or diffuser sits within the fixture border. Five millimetres anywhere in those three and it will not go in.

Within a room the size also sets the rhythm: lay the long edge along the direction people walk or work and the floor reads as one continuous band. Turn it across and walls and floor get alternating bright and dark stripes — average illuminance passes, the room still feels wrong.

Four things to verify before ordering

① Whether flux and efficacy are quoted for the complete fixture or the light source — a 10–15% difference that changes the fixture count. ② Whether colour temperature and CRI are measured or nominal values; mixed CCT within one batch is the most common arrival dispute. ③ Driver brand and model, plus its derating curve at high temperature — it is the only part that really sets life. ④ The mounting kit list: chain, bracket and anchors in the box, or the site stops for a day.
