(b) Chat assistant conversations: the questions you type and the replies, used to understand your needs.
(c) Automatically recorded: source page, basic browser info (type/language), and submission time.
We do not use advertising tracking cookies and do not build cross-site profiles.
2. How We Use It
Used only to: (a) have our engineer contact you with a lighting plan; (b) improve our products and services. We do not use it for unrelated marketing and do not sell it to third parties.
3. Confidentiality of Your Conversation
(a) Your conversation with us is used only for this business enquiry, product selection and quotation. We keep it strictly confidential: it is not used for marketing, not published, and not disclosed to any party unrelated to this enquiry.
(b) To provide live consultation we use the cloud infrastructure and language processing capabilities of contracted service providers. Such providers may process the data only on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes or disclose it to others. We select service configurations that do not use conversations for external training.
(c) If an external ticketing system is enabled, your enquiry details are synced there for follow-up. Clicking the WhatsApp button redirects you to a third-party platform (WhatsApp / Meta); data processing after the redirect is governed by that platform's own privacy policy, not this one.
4. Retention Period
Inquiry records are kept for 24 months and chat records for 12 months; after that they are deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Storage & Security
Data is stored on the site operator's servers and access logs. We apply access control and least-privilege principles. No internet transmission is absolutely secure; please avoid submitting sensitive personal data unrelated to your business.
6. Your Rights
You may access, correct or delete your information, and withdraw consent. Contact us via the footer; we will respond within 15 business days.
